Upper Floor

The upper floor of the building is made to look like a lobby type place. It's part of the gimmick to make it seem like it's used for counseling purposes. There's a front desk, and person who gets paid to pose as a clerk and tell a bunch of lies. Other than that though, everything about it looks completely real, and hell, you might even be able to speak to someone. There aren't guarantees though that they'll actually care.
