Arthur's Run
Random-ass beatings, gang violence, robbery, sex-trafficking and shoot-outs are a common for the sidewalks and street of Arthur's Run. Even during the day you aren't safe, and once the sun sets it's best to stick to the shadows. Don't draw attention to yourself if you are daring enough to take a midnight stroll~ the big boys and girls of Arthur's Run aren't fond of playing nice; this isn't Bridgefield Parish, so make sure you have some bite to back up that bark.

Post Paradium
Curious and obscure, this little shop is home to the most outlandish trinkets; it's an emporium of the bizarre, and attracts mysterious customers who don't seem to be interested in anything offered on the dusty shelves. This little shop is more than it appears, and its merchandise is more alive than what sits out front. An auction house is set up in the basement, humans of all kind put up for sale.

The Angry Banana
Tattoo parlor at first glance, The Angry Banana is actually a blood bank under all the tattoos, needles and artwork. Blood of all kind is offered, but it isn't as easy as walking in and asking. You must know who to ask. Rats aren't welcome and if you even think of squealing... well, your blood might just end up in the cooler.

Risen
Located in the basement of an abandoned house, refurbished as to not attract too much attention, is one of Portview's lesser evils. Not property of any gang, this little setup exists for the sole purpose of experiencing the rush and high of a good fight. The only rule is, is to bring your fists. Midnight is when the dogs come out to play. Welcome to Risen.
