Lev had actually enjoyed the kiss, and it bothered him as much as it bothered her when he pulled away. However, he didn't want to be caught in the middle of things, or else it would lead into some certain trouble. His boss knew what Lev was known for, which was usually partying, drinking, and a one night stand here and there. The only time it's really gotten him into a hole though, was when he showed up drunk for work. Now a days, he kept his drinking for after work, or when he had days off. Today, just happened to be a special occasion.
Listening in on the angel's suggestion, Lev could admit that she had a point. Back at their main headquarters, most of the staff knew the codes to unlock the doors. Yet, they weren't at the main headquarters, but a temporary location instead. If he locked this door, no one but him or Issy would be able to open it. And if someone came by and knocked, he could lie and say that he was still questioning her...even though he hated lying. Not to mention, if they found out he lied, it would get him into even more trouble. If it ever came to that though, he'd deal with it. For now, he just wanted what Issy was offering him.
"You've got a point there, love." He said to her with a smirk. Lev then walked away for a moment and locked the door, before going back towards the wall and stepping in front of the angel. He was attracted to her, and it was beginning to show. So after coming back to his place, he gently put his hands to her hips, hoping it wouldn't make her uncomfortable. Then he got closer to her, before putting his lips to her's. Of course, all this was temporary though. By tomorrow, or even tonight, he'd be back to hating her, and finding her as quite the annoying one.
