I honestly don't see all too many friends happening, but it's still possible. He doesn't really like the other species, though if you play your cards right, he may just look past the species in a person. Also, you'll have to get past his sarcasm and his attitude if you want to be friends. Again, I don't expect all too many, but a few are good. However, I should point out that he's like my other characters in that he hates vampires. So the leechies, are an instant no.

I've already noted Lev's sarcasm and his tendency to be a complete asshole. He has a dark sense of humor, and well...he's a hunter. He loves being rude to people, and it's one of his ways of dealing with stress. So for enemies, I can see a lot more of them coming along than friends. Hate away! ^^

Ah yes, this is something Lev's never really looked into too much. He's the party animal type, and with those parties, comes booze. He tends to drink his ass off, so that could make him a bit..."friendlier". Yet, when it comes to something that'll last, he's not interested at the moment. For stuff like this, it's more than likely that he'll have a one night stand.

She's a rogue though, right? So who would he bring her to? He works for the Bridgefield Union, which is its own group of hunters, and they don't really deal with other ones. XD But, Lev could've known her personally, maybe as a friend or an enemy?
