Hayley was never one to linger in the Bridgefield Union Headquarters, but is seems that today was the day that duty called. She was being given some sort of assignment, she didn’t know what it was about. She was pretty sure that she already had one, but she didn’t know anymore. Maybe there was some sort of mix up or something. Everyone got mixed up sometimes, even the most organized people. Hayley sighed to herself, and played with the piece of hair in her face. She sort of looked out of place here. Everyone was dressed so business like while she was in a pair shorts with, what she called, a lazy tank top and converses. Her normally loose brown hair, was pulled back into a messy ponytail. It looked like she was called in while she was painting or something. Close enough, she had been preparing to start dance, but decided that this was more important then her life outside this place. Hayley sat on the chairs, waiting for someone higher up to tell her what her new little thing was. Like she really cared, she didn’t even like it here. She didn’t like what she did, but she did it anyways. She didn’t it for Rangel, his murderers needed to be brought to justice, and she was going to be the one to do it.
Finally, after an hour of sitting her butt, when she could be dancing, a guy named Jacobs called her into his little office thing. Wow, these people were really conceited sometimes. They thought they were so cool all their little offices, but Hayley didn’t see them out there risking their lives for the “good” of human kind. She walked in, and leaned against the wall with a bored look on her face. ”Hayley, are you ready for your new assignment. It’s…different from most of your other assignments, but it seems that no one wants this one.”
Hayley raised her head slowly and looked at the guy. ”Well, what is it? It seems like I don’t have a choice here,” she said to him, folding her arms across her chest. Jacobs sighed, and slide her a file. She looked at it hesitantly, then opened it up. Hayley groaned, and slapped the file down on the desk. ”You’re kidding me, right? You want me to take time away from real assignments to TRAIN someone?” Jacobs sighed, and went into all this bull about how people took time out of their lives to train her, blah blah blah. Just to shut him up, Hayley agreed to train the kid. Hayley went downstairs to the somewhat gym, and stretched out. She was waiting for this kid to show up. She didn’t know what to expect, but he better behave, or she was gonna knock him on his butt. She didn’t care how old he was. She heard a knock at the door, and called out, ”Come on in.” [/blockquote][/blockquote] NOTES NONE x]. WORDS 491. TAGGED LUCIEN. No field work for him today, apparently Lev was on a job that was to dangerous for him to tag along on. so instead he would be doing some sparing training with someone else. He didn't really see to much of a point with it... I mean he had done plenty of sparring in the Academy....Then again it was usually with kids his own age, every once in a while maybe an instructor...Maybe this would benefit him a little.
He approached the door of the room where he was apparently supposed to meet the guy. He knocked on the door, the voice.. sounded really high pitch. He opened the door, and instead of finding himself looking at a man, like he usually would, he found himself staring at a woman. He had never met an actually girl hunter before.. sure there were a few girls at the academy...but no one thought they'd get far. Girls weren't supposed to do this kind of stuff where they?. They were meant to be cherished...protected right?
The thirteen year old blinked a few times " Um... am I in the right place?" He thought aloud, not realize how offensive he might be.

Hayley stretched some while she waited on this kid to get here. She had the biggest feeling that today was going to be a very long day. She made sure her hair was pulled back into a ponytail. She had no idea what she was going to teach this kid, she didn’t even want to be here. There were something’s that she wasn’t good with, and one of them was teaching kids how to fight. Hayley didn’t even like hunting herself, so why would she teach some kid to risk their life for something so stupid. She disliked the fact that her family took her, and raised her like this. She felt as though it made her seem colder then what she really was. With a final stretch, Hayley went to set up some things, she had to see where he was at strength wise, and such.
Hayley turned around to look at the boy. She put her hands on her hips, and said, ”This is the gym isn’t it? Get in here, and start stretching, you have a long day ahead of you.”
Hayley continued to set up a smaller punching bag for him. She didn’t know how much people already taught him, but she was gonna find out. She walked over to where he was, and looked down at him with her arms crossed over her chest. She couldn’t believe she was really going to have to train this kid. ”I’m Hayley, and I’m probably going to give you hell for the next few hours. Don’t think just because I’m a girl doesn’t mean I won’t hound your ass like a male,” she told him simply. She wasn’t taking a bull from this kid. She walked over to the mini fridge and took out to bottles of water, and set one of them down on the bench. ”Just so you do know, if you do something wrong, I’ll criticize you until it’s right. I’ll make sure you do it until you get it right,” she walked into the middle of the room, and told him to follow her. ”I don’t know what the academy, or Lev has taught you, but the first thing I was taught was to never hesitate. If you hesitate, it gives the enemy the opportunity to kill you, then you no longer have the upper hand if you’re on the defensive side,” she didn’t know if he was following her, and if he wasn’t then oh well. Hayley turned around, and faced him. ”I want you to show me the best you have. Kick me, hit me, attack me, I don’t really care. But just know, I’ll be hitting you back,” she let a small smile creep on to her lips. She wondered if they’d consider that kid abuse…oh well. He blinked a few times, stepping into the Gym. " Um... alright..." He said. Even if she was a girl..she was starting to intimidate him already. Maybe the Academy was wrong about Female hunters? It seemed today would be his chance to find out. He did a couple of quick stretches before following her to the middle of the room. He tilted his head frowning a bit. " If you gave the Enemy a chance to kill you, then you wouldn't have an upper hand in any point.. you'd be dead..." He stated, honestly not trying to sound as much of smart alec as he came off at this point.
It was then she told him to attack her. Hit her, kick her any thing. He took a stance, but paused. He had some qualms with hitting a girl, he had always been told not too by his father when he was younger. And now he was supposed too? He hesitated, biting his lip slightly.
